First, a Little About Us

We're Tim and Sandy Jones — a husband-and-wife team based in Pine, Colorado, operating as Jones Team Colorado with eXp Realty. We've been in the business since 2011, and we work primarily in the Denver foothills and west metro: Evergreen, Morrison, Conifer, Pine, Golden, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Bailey, and surrounding Jefferson County communities.

Between the two of us, we bring a pretty wide range of experience to the table. Tim spent 30+ years in media sales and marketing before real estate. Sandy has a Master's in Education and a background in marketing leadership, home renovation, and design. We both live the lifestyle we sell — we're on 20 acres in the foothills with horses, donkeys, dogs, and a genuine appreciation for what it means to live out here.
