Tim did a wonderful job explaining every detail of the home buying/ selling process and being available for any questions. As new home buyers/sellers it can be overwhelming thinking about all the steps to anticipate but Tim was always available to answer our calls and explain the process as many times as we needed. My only wish is that we could take Tim and Sandy with us to Michigan!

Sandy & Tim we’re great. A few months ago I responded to a property on Zillow. Within minutes I received a call from the Jones’. To this date I still haven’t received a call from other realtors. I explained what I was looking for. I was in a very non conventional situation. They immediately sent me properties that fit my criteria and others that might we looked at property and fell in love with one. Sandy & Tim negotiated the sell and kept me abreast of all closing deadlines. We had a few bumps in the road with the closing, but they smoothed the bumps out, even though it had nothing to do with our side of the close. The are THE BEST. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. You can tell it is more than a commission to them, it is a love of their profession.
