Tim Jones is a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, helping buyers and sellers in Evergreen, Littleton, across the Denver metro and Colorado’s Front Range. He has been licensed since 2011.

Before real estate, Tim spent more than 30 years in broadcast media sales and sales management. That means he has spent a career getting products in front of the right audience, which is exactly what selling a home takes. He puts that to work on pricing, photography, video and promotion for every listing, and he is blunt about what the market is saying.

Buyers get the same straight talk. Tim will tell you when a house is priced right, when it isn’t, and what he would do in your position.

Tim and his wife Sandy form Jones Team Colorado with eXp Realty. You get two experienced advisors on one decision. Call or text (720) 314-8462, or email Tim@JonesTeamColorado.com.
